We Select Only the Best

We have the most well qualified nannies in the area. They must know what's appropriate for a child at every age of development. And they must have a true desire to work with children.


We Have a Very Thorough Screening Process

Applicants must complete two rounds of personal interviews with our licensed employment counselors. They must have a verifiable work history and excellent childcare references. We contact all references by phone and complete a detailed questionnaire.

For permanent positions, a background check is done (on offer of employment) which includes verification of Social Security number, a driving record review, and search for any criminal convictions.


We Meet the Varied Needs of Families

Families call us with a variety of needs, from temporary help with newborns to permanent help with several children. We are always happy to discuss your particular situation and discuss how we can help you find the caregiver you need. Plus, should you need help right away, you can get short-term help from one of our temporary nannies for up to several months.


We Meet the Varied Needs of Nannies

Permanent placements may be full-time, part-time, come and go or live-in. Temporary, or on-call, assignments start at a minimum of four hours and may last for several months. Nannies in permanent positions can pick up temporary work at any time with families that need back-up or extra help.


We Support You During Placement

We are very happy to assist families and nannies with any parts of the placement process. We can help you develop effective interviewing questions and techniques. We can offer you guidance in negotiations about pay and developing employment agreements. We can refer you to tax and insurance professionals specializing in domestic employment.
